I live and work in Vienna; but have a career which has taken me to, amongst other places, Moscow, Kyiv, Berlin, Hong Kong, Vladivostok, St Helena, Vienna, Buenos Aires, Beijing, Bermuda, Samarkand, Istanbul and even Brussels.  A few episodes from some of these places are on my Biography pages.

My Berlin thriller, Blood Summit, has good reviews.  Click on the link to read the first few chapters, or look on Amazon to read what people say about it.  You can see me reading from Blood Summit in the video below.

If you prefer black comedy short stories, check out Seven Hotel Stories: the Complete Collection.  They star Ms N, the world’s most brilliant, unpredictable and occasionally homicidal hotel manager and her beautiful but naive ally, Tatiana.

Do enjoy a leisurely browse around the hundreds of wide-ranging posts on this site.  You can find your way via the 5 pleasure paths.

Finally, if you want to see what I get up to in Vienna, please follow me on Twitter: @robertpimm (including the hashtag #ViennaWritingInspiration) or on Instagram: robert_pimm.

    Merhaba Robert Bey,

    Umarım iyisinizdir.

Sorry to write here but there is no contact button on your website.

I am about to finish writing a book on Turkish Grammar. I am looking for speakers of English who are keen to learn Turkish so that I can test my book before it goes to print. I am using the Google Helpouts platform to do this. I don’t know if this would be of any interest to you or your colleagues?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kindest,

    Yusuf

      Dear Yusuf

Thanks for this. I am having good Turkish lessons at the moment with Concept Languages here in Istanbul. But I will leave up your comment for a while in case others find your link helpful.

      Best wishes,

      Robert
